Kathy Berndt Hanna
Kathy Hanna is President of Image360 Harford. Kathy has complete responsibility for management of the business with a focus on operations, finance and client relations. Additionally, she supervises staff and coordinates vendor relations. As a result of Kathy's commitment, Image360 Harford is proud to be certified as a Women's Business Enterprise and a Women-Owned Business.
Kathy is a seasoned leader with multi-functional experiences in real estate, food service and fine art. These varied experiences have provided a common thread for understanding the importance of quality customer service in entrepreneurial environments. Throughout her career, she has successfully balanced the multiple roles of her professional duties, raising two children and supporting multiple family demands.
Dwight Hanna is Vice President of Image360 Harford, which is owned and operated by his wife of 30 years, Kathy Hanna. This follows a 30 year career with The Baltimore Sun Media Group as an Advertising Sales / Marketing Executive. Dwight’s teams provided comprehensive marketing solutions to local, regional and national businesses. He also had sales oversight for a variety of The Sun’s publications including The Community Newspaper Group and Magazine Division.
Throughout his career Dwight has been active with a wide range of non-profit organizations. Those have included Suburban Newspapers of America; MD-DC Press Association Advertising Committee; National Coalition of Newspaper Target Marketing; Maryland Food Bank Retail Committee; The Children’s Cancer Foundation; Saint James Academy Board of Trustees and the Advisory Council for the Paul Reed Smith Guitars / Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center Annual Golf Outing.
Director of Sales and Business Development
Neil joined Image 360 Harford in the Fall of 2019. He has over 20 years of sales, business development and leadership experience. He enjoys working with this all-star team and partnering to take Image360 to the next level. In Neil's free time, he loves being with his family, out on the water or traveling.
Graphic Designer / Production Coordinator
Lindsay Kirtz has been the lead Graphic Designer with Image360 Harford since September, 2014. She has responsibility for all aspects of production strategy including design and client proofing, production implementation, inventory management and work flow. Her background in design and production with direct mail, vehicle graphics and the signage business enables Lindsay to create effective visual solutions for each of her customers. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Technology from The Art Institute of York, PA and is a resident of Belcamp, MD.
Jacki joined Image360 Harford in January 2019. She has 6 years of experience in signage printing and building and also has a background in graphic design. In her free time she likes to spend time with family and plays roller derby in Baltimore.
Karen joined Image360 Harford in June, 2014. She was formerly the bookkeeper at Signs by Tomorrow, Middle River. Karen is fully responsible for maintaining the books at the Aberdeen location. She has over 30 years’ experience using QuickBooks in a variety of businesses ranging from Retail, Restaurant and non-profits.
Gozer joined the team in August 2019. He has 9 years of customer service experience. He enjoys taking naps, greeting customers, and assisting his coworkers in finishing their meals.
